  November 23, 2003: Wow! Parts are starting to come together!  November 22, 2003: All bent and labeled.   November 22, 2003: Bending the front spars.   November 22, 2003: New bearing arrived so I assembled. Oddly, I thought I'd try the rule of thumb about rivet sizes and the spec'd out rivets are too short! Turns out that Van's opted for the shorter rivets since beginners apparently tend to bend the longer rivets over then having to redo them.  November 15, 2003: Arrrgghhh!!! I'm just getting started and I managed to screw up the very first thing. I ended up drilling extra holes in the bearring rather than match drilling. An email to Van's along with a picture resulted in having to order another bearing. Great......just great. ;(
