  Sat Jun 13 00:25:15 2009 - I propose that the baffle instructions should include a "Step 11".  Fri Jun 12 23:42:49 2009 - Woohoo! The front baffles are done! Do yourself a favor when you start the baffles: Remove the prop/hub/ring gear. It only gets in the way of fitting the front baffles. Although not shown here, but also cover/remove the alternator so that little metal bits don't fall into it. Next up, trim the baffles so that the top cowl will fit.   Fri Jun 12 23:42:17 2009 - The right side conical gusset fits like a glove.   Fri Jun 12 23:42:08 2009 - I used to hanging folders as my "stiff paper" supply. Seemed to work out pretty well.  Fri Jun 12 23:42:01 2009 - A little idea I had that involved using 1/8" dowel rods and rubber bands. Didn't work out very well. Oh well.
